Financial Aid Disbursement

Financial aid disburses aid after the add/drop period of the term has ended and after reviewing any credit changes that may impact Federal Student Loan and/or Pell eligibility.  Please click here to View add/drop dates.

Please note that students must be enrolled in the term to receive any financial aid and student loan recipients must be enrolled at least half-time (6 credits or more) as defined by the student’s program. Students must also maintain satisfactory academic progress requirements (SAP) as defined in the student handbook or have submitted an appeal that was approved in order to receive financial aid for the term.

Financial aid includes private/institutional scholarships, state/federal grants, and federal/private loans that are posted directly to the student’s account to cover tuition, fees, room and board charges. Financial aid resources in excess of the direct cost may be refunded to the student or parent depending on the option selected on the credit balance form.
