    • ProQuest searches thousands of magazines, newspapers, and journals. A good starting point for most topics.
  • Lexis Uni

    • Lexis Uni is a resource for legal information, news, and company information.
  • Gale Databases

    • Access Academic One File, Biography in Context, Global Issues in Context, and more.
  • Nursing Reference Center Plus

    • Information on diseases and conditions, drugs, care plans, videos, and patient education materials.
  • HealthSource:Nursing/Academic

    • This resource provides access to the full text of 550 scholarly medical journals.
  • PubMed 

    • Be sure to use Bay State's unique URL (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/?otool=mabscolib) and look for the "Online Full Text" icon to get access to BSC full text. 
  • OVID Nursing Journals 

    • Note: Our OVID journal subscriptions are also linked to from within CINAHL searches (when available). 
  • IBISWorld 

    • Thousands of in-depth, industry-specific market research reports. 
  • WGSN Fashion

    • Premier resource for trend and color forecasts, catwalk analyses, and thousands of images. STUDENTS MUST FIRST CREATE AN ACCOUNT AT WGSN.COM/EDU. LOGINS MUST BE REACTIVATED EVERY 90 DAYS. 
  • GOOGLE SCHOLAR

    • Search scholarly content on campus using Google. A link that says "Full-Text @ Bay State College" will appear next to articles that are available through the library's databases. Ask the librarians for help on adding BSC Library holdings to the Google Scholar results on your personal devices. 
  • Boston Public Library databases

    • Still looking for more articles? Try some other databases available through the BPL. Requires a BPL card and pin number.
