Reentry Students

Reentry Students

You are classified as a reentry student if you have previously been enrolled at Bay State College within the past two years and left in good academic standing.

Reentries must be initiated at least 4 weeks prior to the start of the reentry term/semester.

Amendment as of Fall 2021: Former students who are reentered matriculate under the degree requirements effective at the time of reentry. All reentries will be required to complete a Program Disclosure and Enrollment Agreement for the students to contractually consent the change in program version from their prior enrollment.

Reentry Student Requirements

  • Complete the Student Reentry Form. This form requires multiple department approvals for reentry to the College.  When all clearances have been confirmed, a student will be permitted to register for courses.  If one or more departments does not grant approval, students will need to work with them to determine what steps need to be taken to secure their clearance.
  • International students who require F-1 student visa to reenter Bay State College must contact the Designated School Official upon completion of this form and must follow all required SEVIS compliance regulations for reentry. Failure to comply with SEVIS reentry requirements will prevent official reentry status at Bay State College.
  • Students who have attended another College or University since their last enrollment at Bay State College must have official transcript(s) of all coursework completed sent to the Office of the Registrar for evaluation.
  • Students who will be reentering into a different program you must additionally submit a change of program form with their reentry form. Know that a change of program will require an additional process, and these requests should be submitted in advance of the start of the semester.
