Meet the Chair of Entertainment Management

Jess White is the Chair of Bay State College’s Entertainment Management and Audio Production department. With more than 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry, she began at Bay State by teaching a venue management class in the evening, moved on to teaching event management during the day, and from there jumped to a full-time faculty position. We talked with her about the music industry, her career, and what she hopes to teach students.

William Morrissette, Ph.D., is Chair of the School of Arts and Sciences and oversees Bay State College’s Criminal Justice programs. With a bachelor’s degree in history, a masters in human development, and a Ph.D. in Philosophy, Morrissette has been a police officer, worked in the CIA, and ran his own forensic training and consulting business, all of which inform his work at Bay State, where he helps students find careers in the Criminal Justice system. We spoke with him about his experience, his outlook, and his hopes for the program.
