May 9, 2017
This year, Bay State College Physical Therapist Assistant Professor Carolyn Cwalinski became a board certified geriatric specialist. Applicants must complete 2,000 hours of direct patient care in the geriatric specialty area, including examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis and intervention, and pass a certification exam.
In March, the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) recognized Professor Cwalinski during a combined sections meeting (pictured). Congratulations to Professor Cwalinski on this impressive achievement!
