Our program can help you master the art of presentation, negotiation and management—all of the skills you need to succeed behind the scenes in the entertainment world.  Our curriculum will introduce you to all of the exciting facets of entertainment management, including courses in the Introduction to the Music Industry and Venue Management.

Learning Objectives

Through the Bachelor Degree in Entertainment Management, you will:
  • Recognize the entertainment industry as a socially networked, relationship-driven entity and be able to demonstrate your skills in devising and executing original entertainment industry initiatives.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Baccalaureate Degree in Entertainment Management at Bay State College is to provide students with a rich and diverse educational experience that balances studies in contemporary best practices, tenets and ethics of the entertainment industry, a generalized business curriculum, and traditional general education course work. Students will develop strong interpersonal communication skills as well as critical and analytical thinking skills. Students also will be prepared for a variety of careers in this increasingly global and complex entertainment industry.
