Career Statistics
More than 90% of Bay State College graduates seeking employment are successful in finding a job within six months of graduation.  We work closely with graduates to ensure they’re supported in their search for employment upon leaving Bay State College.  It doesn’t matter how long ago you graduated.  We offer lifetime career support and guidance services.
 
Internships
Career Services strongly encourages students to take advantage of internship opportunities.  Internships provide students with an excellent opportunity to learn new skills, gain valuable experience in their field and make contacts in their given industry.  Many of our graduates each semester report being hired directly by their internship employers.  Visit the Career Services office for an internship/employer listing specific to your major at Bay State College.  

Top Employers
Bay State College maintains relationships with a number of local and national employers.  As a result of these strong relationships, many of our graduates find themselves working in exciting new fields.  Some of the employers where Bay State College graduates are employed include: Ann Taylor, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, State Street Bank, Bright Horizons, Karmaloop and Community Resources for Justice.

Transferring to a Four-Year College or University
A good number of students who graduate from Bay State choose to continue their studies at a four-year college. In fact, nearly 30-40% transfer their credits to schools like Suffolk University, Emerson College, Fashion Institute of Technology and Northeastern University.

There are many ways to get involved and give back to Bay State College.  Share your experience and expertise with a current student.  Become an alumni mentor.  Volunteer to be a guest speaker in a class.  Get involved with the Alumni Association.  Contact Career Services to find out when the next Alumni Event will happen. See how you might be able to get involved and give back.

Student Employment & Career Resources
Most graduates that enjoy successful careers after completing their degree with Bay State College have been involved with internships or career related activities as a student.  We encourage our students to come in and get involved with career services early on in their academic career.
