$257 per credit
Most courses are three credits.
Additional Fees
Computer Lab Fee: $50 per Lab Course
Medical Lab Fee: $50 per Lab Course (Boston and Middleborough only)
Payments
Bay State College accepts payments in cash, by check, money order or credit card (Visa and
MasterCard, only). Credit card payments are also accepted over the telephone.
Tuition charges are billed at the beginning of each semester for both enrollment terms (term
I and II).
Students enrolled in Evening Division programs are expected to honor the following
payment policy when financial aid will not cover all tuition charges:
• Prior to the 1st week of class: 1/2 of any remaining balance is due.
• Prior to the 5th week of class: remaining 1/2 of any balance is due.
*Late Payment Fee: $50 per term
Tuition Reimbursement
Tuition reimbursement from your company means upfront payment by the student is expected. The Bursar’s Office would be happy to provide any documentation your company might require for your reimbursement.
Adding/Dropping Courses
Adding and/or dropping courses can impact your financial aid eligibility. Before you add or drop any courses, make sure you contact both the Bursar and Financial Aid Offices.

The Bursar’s Office, located at our Boston campus, is open Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm, and until 6:30 pm on Monday. The Financial Aid Office is open from Monday through Thursday from 9 am - 6:30 pm and on Friday from 9 am - 5 pm.
