Payment Plans & Policies
Talent and Passion, not money, opens the doors to Bay State College. We work hard to keep our costs down, and we offer payment plans to help you afford your education.
We understand the short-term financial sacrifice our students are making to pay for their education. Bay State College is pleased to offer payment plans to those who are interested and qualify. If you would like more information, please contact Financial Aid.
Payments
Bay State College accepts payments in cash, by check, money order or credit card (Visa and MasterCard, only). Credit card payments are also accepted over the telephone. Tuition charges are billed at the beginning of each semester.
Tuition Reimbursement
Tuition reimbursement from your company means upfront payment by the student is expected. The Bursar’s Office would be happy to provide any documentation your company might require for your reimbursement.
Adding/Dropping Courses
Adding and/or dropping courses can impact your financial aid eligibility. Before you add or drop any courses, make sure you contact both the Bursar and Financial Aid Offices.
