Commonwealth Avenue Residence Halls
Located in the historic Back Bay section of Boston, the residence halls are comprised of four halls that are original Victorian townhouses and brownstones. Our halls are placed along a tree-lined promenade that is part of the Emerald Necklace of parks connecting one area of the city to another.

Bay State College has four residence halls along Commonwealth Ave and Marlborough St. They are home to more than 190 students.
