Step 1 - Hold Your Spot in Class

Step 2 - Finalize Your Financial Aid

- Presidential Scholarship and Honors Award Application
- Guidance Scholarship: Your Guidance Counselor must write a letter on your behalf stating why you deserve to receive a $1000 scholarship to Bay State College.
- Community Service Scholarship: Please submit any evidence of community service that you have completed within the past year. Letters from those who oversaw the community service project are also recommended.
Step 3 - Housing
Complete the Residence Hall Agreement and submit a $300 non-refundable deposit for room and board. Click here to make your payment.
Step 4 - Complete the Following Forms
- Health Insurance Waiver Form
- Immunization Form
- Meningococcal Waiver
- CORI Waiver (required for specific programs)
- Health Studies Addendum (required for Health Studies applicants only)
- Request that your Official High School Transcript be sent to Bay State before you graduate!
