Dean Koehler oversees Bay State College's School of Management which includes the Business Administration, Management, Fashion, Hospitality Management and Entertainment Management programs. He is an active faculty member, teaching a number of business courses including Strategic Management, Management of Small Business, Principles of Marketing, Consumer Behavior, New Product Development, and International Marketing.

Dean Koehler has been teaching for more than 19 years in the United States, India and Kazakhstan. He is an active entrepreneur and owner of three small businesses. Dean Koehler is also fluent in German.
