With over 17 years of experience in the area of admissions, Rhonda Frank is a well  respected recruitment manager throughout Massachusetts. Rhonda started her career in1996 when she became an Admissions Advisor for the high school and post-secondary divisions at Southeastern Regional Vocational Technical High School. During her time at Southeastern Regional Rhonda managed open houses, conducted tours, gave public speeches to perspective students, and maintained a continuous high number of enrollments within both divisions. Rhonda has also had experience working as a Financial Aid Advisor, in which she processed federal and state programs, implemented the SALT program, and successfully developed and executed a financial aid policy and procedure handbook for students. 

Throughout Rhonda’s career she became a motivational speaker in which she conducted classroom and auditorium workshops assisting students in identifying and developing career paths while representing 200 colleges. Currently, Rhonda is holding the role of Assistant Director Admissions/Recruitment with Bay State College representing two locations. Outside of the work environment, Rhonda is a continuing advocate for student success.  Rhonda sits on the Board of Directors for The Greater Youth Resources program in Randolph holding the position as Mentor. She has also sat as an Advisory Board Member to Dress For Success Boston, and Attire for Hire, Brockton. Prospective students find that Rhonda is  incredibly reliable, and a source of inspiration.
