"Kathy Larsen graduated from California State University, Northridge with her BS in Health Science and from Massachusetts General Institute of Health Professions with her DPT.  At Glendale Adventist Medical Center, she worked in acute care, behavioral health, rehab, general outpatient and then outpatient orthopedics, including aquatic therapy, chronic pain, relaxation training, and performing arts medicine.  She served as supervisor before moving eastward to work in a group exercise approach to chronic spine pain, general outpatient care for Spaulding and Massachusetts General, and now part time private practice.  She loves teaching, whether the learners are patients, CNA students, nurses, or PT and PTA students and interns.  Currently, she coordinates the labs for Introduction to PT and assists in Soft Tissue and Modalities or Kinesiology.
Kathy enjoys classical viola performance and chamber music, gardening, hiking and camping."
