"James Tansey is the legislative auditor and chief of the Post Audit Bureau of the Massachusetts House of Representatives.  Mr. Tansey has conducted over 200 audits, financial examinations, investigations, and analyses of agencies, programs, and special assignments for the Massachusetts House of Representatives.
