Background

Professor Wallus teaches Phlebotomy in Bay State College’s Medical Assisting program. She is also the program’s Educational Coordinator. After graduating from Salem State College she began her nursing education and since then has been fortunate to be able to combine her two passions - teaching and health care. In addition to teaching at Bay State College Professor Wallus has been employed by Winchester Hospital as the Phlebotomy Supervisor in the laboratory, an educator in Staff Development, and an RN in both a medical/surgical unit, and in Pre Admission Testing.
