Elena Swaim

Background

As a full time member of our faculty, Professor Swaim teaches Management, Introduction to Business, and International Management. She is passionate about working with students who are interested in expanding their knowledge and she's particularly interested in working with students who are the first in their family to attend college.

Professor Swaim serves as faculty advisor to Bay State College's DECA Chapter and she is also the State Advisor. DECA is a student organization that prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management in high schools and colleges around the world.
